‘Embracing Change & Transformation-Breakthrough Innovation’ on 11th-12th June 2021 through virtual mode using MS Teams in association with Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti, NGO, Delhi. The School of Legal Studies (SOLS) along with the School of Management & Commerce (SOMC) have jointly conducted this event.

The Conference commenced at 11:30AM with a welcome address by Sr. Coordinator-Academic Affairs- Dr. Kaveri Sharma. Prof. (Dr.) P. Prakash -Vice Chancellor-KRMU embarked the official inauguration of the event where he cited innovations as the indispensable factor for the growth of business and the success of any organization. He mentioned its importance for traditional companies and educational institutions in foreseeing the potential threats and rising competition. Prof. (Dr.) P. Prakash also stressed that companies and organizations could not thrive without matching the pace with the change and transformation which is taking place in the world.

Keynote speaker for Day 1 was Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Vice Chancellor, Gujarat National Law University addressed the session on ‘Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights’. The plenary session included the address by Mr. Paolo Sironi, Global Research Leader Banking and Financial Markets, IBM Institute for Business Value, Prof. Sudhanshu Rai, Ph.D, Associate Professor of Innovation in emerging economies, Copenhagen Business School, Department of Management Society and Communication,

The 2nd day of Virtual International Conference’21 began with the keynote address by Dr. Divya, Director, Jagran institute of Management, U.P. followed by the sessions by Dr. Archana Shankar, Lecturer & Student Engagement and Retention Coach, Northumbria University, London Campus, U.K on the topic ‘Diversity and inclusion: The need of the hour’, Dr. Vagheswari Deswal, Professor, Delhi University, Dr. Vani, Director, IITM College, conveyed her mark on ‘Innovation in Digital Banking’ and Ms. Shefali, Career Education Program Coordinator, IBM India Pvt Ltd.

Valedictory session’s address was given by by Mr. Karnal Singh, Retired IPS Officer. The conference ended with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Vijay Gaur, Secretary, Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti, NGO, Delhi.
