About the Opportunity

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below, for engagement of Consultant in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow. The initial engagement of a person as Consultant will be for a period of six months/one year extendable subject to the directions of the Competent Authority

Eligibility Criteria

• Retired officers/officials who have worked under Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or Subordinate Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits:-
  • holding analogous post in Level 7 of Pay Matrix on regular basis in parent cadre or department or
  • holding post in the level 6 (Rs. 35400- 112400) of the Pay Matrix with five years regular service in the grade; and
• Degree of a recognized University; and
• Having 2 years experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work.
• Desirable: Degree in Law

Salary

INR 60,000/-
