About the Job Opportunity

His chamber is looking for a law graduate who has, preferably, at least 1-2 years of post-qualification exposure with skills & exposure of drafting of pleadings, notices, complaints, replies etc. understanding of the law & procedure besides good communication skills, hard work, sincerity & dedication to the profession is a must.

The associate will be assigned with work of drafting of legal opinions/legal notes, drafting of reply to show cause notices, drafting of appeals and other submissions to be filed with appellate authorities, tribunal or courts, preparing legal updates for clients and research and related assistance in content creation besides regularly appearing before various courts, authorities & tribunals in Delhi- NCR.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of PQE in core litigation 
• Freshers with knowledge & experience in drafting and good communication skills may also apply. 
• Candidates from National Law Schools shall be given a preference.

Salary

Based on skillset & performance.

The candidate shall be subjected to at least a month’s probation during which he/she shall be paid a basic stipend whereafter his salary shall be decided.
